SPRINT Robotics North America Summit Rescheduled to February 23-24, 2027
SPRINT Robotics has rescheduled the North America Summit to February 23-24, 2027, in Houston, Texas.
The Summit program is already taking shape, with a strong lineup of speakers and topics focused on the practical deployment and adoption of industrial robotics. The new dates provide additional time to broaden participation across the North American robotics community, bringing together asset owners, operators, technology providers, service companies, exhibitors, sponsors, and other industry partners.
The additional planning time also creates an opportunity to incorporate important developments shaping the robotics industry. Recent U.S. Federal Government actions related to advanced robotics, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and components are raising important questions for technology suppliers and end users. SPRINT Robotics is actively engaging with the community on these developments and will consider relevant topics in the Summit program.
We look forward to welcoming the community to Houston on February 2027 to exchange practical knowledge, share field experience, explore emerging technologies, and continue working together to accelerate the adoption of robotics across industry.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The SPRINT Robotics North America Summit 2026 are looking for abstracts showcasing the latest developments, field applications, and innovations I&M robotics.
Abstracts may cover, but are not limited to, the following technical tracks:
1. Surveillance Robotics
This track focuses on on-site robotic systems that perform routine surveillance, inspections, and operational monitoring, helping improve safety, efficiency, and situational awareness across industrial facilities.
2. Task-Based Robotics
This track explores robotic systems designed for specialized tasks such as maintenance, inspections, and emergency response, with a focus on emerging advancements in automation and adaptability.
3. AI, Integration, and Fleet Management
This track explores how AI, data analytics, and interoperability are connecting robotic fleets and workflows to create smarter, more efficient, and scalable operations.
4. Power and Energy Transition/Renewables
This track highlights the expanding role of robotics in power generation and energy transition industries, including wind, solar, hydro, hydrogen, and carbon capture and storage (CCS) facilities.
5. Data, Sensing, and Digital Integration
This track explores how sensors, edge computing, and digital integration are enabling robotic systems to deliver actionable insights and support smarter inspection and maintenance operations.
6. Case Studies: Field Deployments and Lessons Learned
This track highlights real-world robotics deployments, showcasing proven case studies, lessons learned, and the successful transition from pilot projects to operational implementation.
7. Business Value, Investment, and Adoption
This track explores how organizations evaluate, justify, fund, and scale robotics initiatives, covering business case development, ROI, investment strategies, procurement models, and lessons learned in achieving successful adoption.
